1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching is designed to focus on the most important areas of your life that you want to explore and transform as a leader. My goal as your coach is to help you achieve your full potential, with a personalized space dedicated to supporting you in reaching your most meaningful goals

We’ll work together to set clear goals, develop strategies to build your confidence, and identify common pitfalls you might encounter—along with ways to prevent them. In each session, we will identify  actionable steps that feel authentic and aligned with your values.

My 1:1 coaching clients come from diverse backgrounds, including mid to senior-level leaders, founders, and C-suite executives. They work across various industries such as private equity, financial services, healthcare, media, non-profits, and technology. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from around the world—including the U.S., Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom or in person when feasible.

Note: Having started my career in the nonprofit sector, I feel passionate about supporting those working for causes and social change. I  reserve part of my time for sliding scale and pro bono coaching to selected organizations looking for a coach to support their employees and/or people who work in the nonprofit or social impact sector.

Workshops and Programs

Drawing on my experience in leadership development program design and facilitation, and my role as a Lecturing Fellow at Duke University’s MBA program, I offer customized programming to support companies, organizations, and teams looking to elevate their leadership capabilities.
